2017 Annual Report

2017 was an incredible year of results, literacy programs and library donations at The Library Project.

As of December 31, 2017, The Library Project established 2,572 elementary school libraries. We’ve put more than 1,800,000 local language children’s books into the hands of eager young readers. Over 1,000,000 children now have access to improved educational infrastructure.

During the 2017 calendar year, we donated 309 libraries to rural elementary schools, orphanages and community centers. These amazing results could not have been attained without the help and support of so many donors and volunteers. This year’s 2017 Annual Report is in many ways a celebration of your continued support to improve the education found in schools throughout Asia.
