Job Title: Southeast Asia Regional Program Manager

Job Description:

SoutheastAsia Regional Programmatic Design

  • provide leadership and direction to TLP programming staff by setting goals
  • work with domestic programming staff to develop new initiatives
  • in coordination with partner regionalNGOs, design programs that incorporate shared values

Southeast Asia Regional Operations

  • ensure TLP has all proper documentation needed for national operations, including compliance with local government authority, contracts between TLP and national/international donors
  • work closely with TLP regionalteams in other operating countries
  • Interview and hire interns for various needs for the organization. Provide guidance, support and direction directly to interns.
  • Oversee regionalfinancial reports and documents for domestic finances

Southeast Asia Regional Fundraising & Communications

  • Individual Donors
    • develop relationships domestically and internationally to expand funding sources
    • online communication/advertising to obtain new individual donors
    • communication with current donors to maintain good relationships
  • Corporate Donors
    • build and maintain relationships with domestic companies for donations
    • write proposals for companies
    • oversee contract and legal documentation once companies donate
  • Foundation Donors
    • seek (new) foundations for partnerships that focus on social issues that align with TLP’s values, such as (but not limited to) inclusivity and gender equality, environment, health, nutrition, etc.
    • seek and apply for grants through appropriate foundations
  • Communications (Online)
    • Increase awareness of TLP with social media, ads, press releases
    • Increase/improve donor communication through emails, blogs and newsletters
    • Create content for all communication venues as needed

Requirement:

  • Minimum 03 years of working experience at NGO in overseas such as North Texas Food Bank, The Children’s Hosptial, Group Facilitator.
  • Conducting over 300 hours of training for all new volunteers
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing programming staff
  • Ability to professionally develop, coach and mentor staff
  • Demonstrated case work experience in working with domestic programming staff
  • Demonstrated experience in development relationship domestically and internationally to expand funding sources.
  • High level of interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
